Sugar cookie recipe!?

I look around and all i see is a recipe for like 40 cookies, does anyone out there have a trustworthy recipe that includes like only 20 cookies? oh and a sugar cookie recipe would be just fine!Sugar cookie recipe!?
You can take any recipe for 40 cookies and just use half of each ingredient to make a smaller batch. here is a small batch recipe for sugar cookies.


Easy Sugar Cookies


INGREDIENTS





* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


* 1/2 cup butter, softened


* 3/4 cups white sugar


* 1 egg


* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract





DIRECTIONS





1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.


2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.


3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

make me one :)
I freeze cookie dough!! Roll the dough into a tube about 2 inches in diameter. make each log of dough about a foot long. Freeze all except what you are going to bake right now. Wrap it in the plastic wraps, the cling wrap works just great!!
