have you ever ate pepperidge farm brussels? they are lace thin crispy cookies, sandwiched together by milk chocolate filling.
well i think they are lace cookies. i want to make some for the holidays. they are my favorite cookies. either the cookie pepperidge fram uses are french, almond, or butter lace.Have You Ever Tasted a lace cookie? do you have a recipe? what'd they taste like?
They are French Lace cookies, once cooled melt about a half a bag of bitter-sweet chocolate chips over a double boiler, spread one cookies bottom with melted chocolate and sandwich another, let cool. When I make these cookies I find it easier to use a Silpat pan liner (non-stick). Got Milk?
