Best ever healthy plain COOKIE RECIPE?

I don't mean with oatmeal or anything, but for plain cookies with chocolate chips. Ideally with a low GI and low fat / low calorie.

What is your best low calorie healthy cookie recipe? (instructions like baking time and temperature would be appreciated too!)Best ever healthy plain COOKIE RECIPE?
This website also offers tips and tricks on how to get them just the way you like them every time. Another thing I do is to use almond flour as 1/4 to 1/2 subtitution to flour.

Low Calorie, Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

http://cookingdonelight.com/blog/2007/10…

1/2 cup granulated sugar (I used Splenda)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

1 egg white

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup flour (I used 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 cup all purpose)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)

Lightly spoon the flour into a dry measuring cup, and level it off with a knife. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir to blend.

In a separate bowl, whisk the sugars, butter, egg white, and vanilla together until light and fluffy.

Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in two additions until the batter is very well blended. If the batter looks more “crumbly” than smooth, add just a splash of water at a time (ONLY if needed) until it smooths out.

Drop by level spoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto baking sheets coated lightly with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 -10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, and let stand 5 minutes before removing the cookies from the pans to cool on wire racks.

NOTES:

These cookies are great. They are very sweet though. I've only used

an egg white when I've made these. Also, the dough is kind of

crumbly. I ended up kind of forming them with a spoon and my hands

into little balls. My experience was that they only took about 8

minutes to bake. I let them cool on the sheets for about 5 minutes

before easily moving them to cooling racks. The dough makes them

look like they're not going to turn out, but I was pleasantly

surprised the first time I made them. You won't be able to tell that

they're low calorie and low fat. ENJOY!

I am sure there are low cal, low fat cookie recipes out there but I bet you could make any recipe better by simply substituting the white flour with whole wheat flour, adding some applesauce or other fruit puree for about half of the butter and lowering the sugar by half.
i don't think there is a 'healthy' recipe for choc chip cookies
get the betty crocker mix from super market- its yummy!
