Peanut Butter Cookies Yield: Approx. 6 dozen

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup marjarine

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

2 陆 cups flour

Cream margarine and sugars together. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients. Preheat over to 350% and roll dough into balls and press with fork and bake 8-10 minutes.
1 1/2 cups flour,

pinch of salt

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 tsp of baking powder,

1 cups of brown sugar

1 cup of oil/maregerine( try not to use butter as the cookies will be harder)

2 eggs

if you any nutmeg or vanilla, a teaspoon of that.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt together in a bowl, set aside.

Then beat the margerine till fluffy. Then add the sugar and carry on beating til creamy. then add the beaten eggs bit by bit, beating all the time.

If you have a lime, in the same bowl you beat the eggs, peel the skin off the lime, and add the lime skin before you add the eggs to the cookie mix- this makes the egg taste much more creamy, and the end result is a very creamy and good cookie. When you add the eggs, take the lime skin out, if not lime, remember for next time.

Now to the egg sugar mixture, add whatever nutmeg, vanilla you have, just a 1/2 ts. Then add the cup of chocolate syrup., Beat til it's smooth.

Add the flour mixture and beat into a smooth thick cookie dough.

Get your baking surface and grease it with oil, preheat the oven to 350.

This makes 12 cookies.

Make balls from the mixture, and flatten into thick cookies ( they will spread) on the greased tray and bake for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
