Give me a cool cookie recipe?

My mother goes to this party were they exchange cookies and recipes, so give me a unique cookie recipe





NO Chocolate Chip,Sugar,or Pillsbury Easy bake cookies.Give me a cool cookie recipe?
These are the simplest cookies ever, but they are SO good!





ChowMein Clusters


(affectionately known in my family as ';reindeer poops';)





1c chocolate chips


1c butterscotch OR peanut butter chips


1.5c salted peanuts


1.5c chowmein noodles





Melt chips together. Mix with peanuts and noodles. Place by T onto waxed paper. Wait until hardened. (can refrigerate if you need them quick)





Makes 2 dozen, depending on size. It's easy to make them too big!

Cool Whip Cookie





INGREDIENTS


1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


2 eggs


1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix


1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration











DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.


Beat together the whipped topping and eggs together. Add the lemon cake mix and continue to mix. Dough will be thick.


Drop by teaspoonfuls into a bowl of confectioners' sugar and roll to coat. Place cookies on the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 minutes.



Molasses cookies. Very yummy! preheat Oven 375 degrees


3/4 cup melted/cooled crisco


1 cup sugar


1 egg


1/2 cup molasses


2 cups flour


2 tsp baking soda


1/2 tsp --salt,ground cloves,ginger


1 tsp cinnamon


mix crisco,sugar,egg,molasses.


add dry ingredients.


Chill


Roll into 1 inch balls and roll into bowl of table sugar.


bake at 375 on lightly greased sheets for 8-10 min.


Cool slightly and transfer to rack. makes @ 3 dozen.
